I've been seeing it for about 4 years now. Most of the cars are Caprice's with 23's. I've seen a Regal with 26's on it. That thing is high as hell with a life to have them fit. I have a 2002 F350 XLT CC dually and it's higher than my truck!

It looks like the park brake lever is made from a stick. As in, a branch from a tree.

So I was coming home from work and I seen that car I was talking about in my previous post. It's actually MUCH higher than the car I posted. This car is sitting on 28's with a crazy ass lift. You can see a Yukon (I think?) in the background, and it is literally higher than it! Pic was taken with my phone, so sorry for the bad quality ahead of time.
