Default USPS tracking...????
Is anyone tracking any package by the USPS? I have two pacakages and it shows the same status for like a week now. I was thinking maybe becuase of the holiday the tracking must be messed up.

USPS doesn't track packages the way UPS, DHL, or FedEx do. They only scan the origin and destination/delivery.

iirc USPS doesn't "track" packages unless you're using a certain one of their services (probably one of the more expensive ones)

I made the mistake of shipping an item (leather jacket) USPS once, and the shipping took all of three weeks to get from Virginia to Minnesota. Throughout the shipping, I could track the progress, but the data would always be four of five days behind, so it wasn't really worth much...
