I think WOW has this feature

WoWs is just random, although it does have weather effects in most vones.

In WoW, the GM's implement some minor weather effects to correspond with certain holidays. That's about as their whole "progressive weather" thing goes though. The rest is random.

Still, it's a nice touch.

Game time matching real time would suck. I work in the day time so I'd never be able to play a game with the sun out if it has this feature.
