Ok, the block user button thingy, what exactly does that do if i click it for someone that i want to block? my profile is set to private so if i block this person will they be able to get access to my page still? or does it just disable the ability to message me etc?

Disables message function and IM.

Aas for the page being private, it will still show up as private to them.

Even If they are a friend and i block them using the button on their page it will look as though its set to private if my page is set up that way?

best way to block people on myspace is not to have a myspace account IMHO.
