Need some ebay help
 

A mate of mine pre-ordered two copies of MortalKombat for the PSP from a seller in Japan (someone my mate has ordered from once before fine). He paid him for both copies by Paypal.

This week, the seller in question made his feedback private, and has removed ALL his items from Ebay. He is not responding to my mates email, and won't answer the phone when we call.

What are our options in this case?, in order to get the speediest resolution, and hopefully not end up loosing our money. Should we approach ebay, or paypal in the first instance, and if so, how?

Don't even THINK about approaching to Paypal about this, they will do nothing.

I think my mate logged the issue with ebay yesterday. We are just thankful its not a large amount of money (about 65 euro in total) - but its still bloody annoying.

I think you have to wait 2 weeks minimum before they will do anything. How long ago did you place the orders with him?

About 3 weeks IIRC - but being a pre-order, I'm not certain if the games "should" have shipped by now or not.

Well whats the official release date of the game and did he indicate anywhere on his sale the date he would be shipping?

I'll check with my mate tonight - although the fact he's closed his feedback, and removed all his items from ebay does not bode well.......

Well it all depends what he was selling. Maybe he was selling some pirate software and had a complaint or warning so removed everything? If you have dealt ok with him before I wouldn't worry too much just yet http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/wink1.gif
