A mate of mine pre-ordered two copies of MortalKombat for the PSP from a seller in Japan (someone my mate has ordered from once before fine). He paid him for both copies by Paypal.
This week, the seller in question made his feedback private, and has removed ALL his items from Ebay. He is not responding to my mates email, and won't answer the phone when we call. What are our options in this case?, in order to get the speediest resolution, and hopefully not end up loosing our money. Should we approach ebay, or paypal in the first instance, and if so, how? |
