I don't know what kind of release form these guys signed, but in terms of what these guys said and how "bad" it was, I can certainly see how it could severely affect their future, look at this dialogue:

Frat boy: Let me ask you this; are women your slaves in Russia?

Frat boy: We wish! we wish..
Frat boy: You are bigger than a woman, you are better than a woman. Do not let a woman Ever. EVER! make you who you are.

Well what can I say? These are the closeted racists, sexists, bigots, and homophobes that I'd be happy to NOT share a world with. Sorry if it took the work of a comedic genius to show the world how shallow, backwards, and ignorant they really are. Maybe they should take this oppurtunity to really look at the way they are reasonsing and thinking in their everyday lives and maybe just maybe come out a slightly better person on the other side..... oh wait that won't ever happen because they can just waste precious court time and public money to maybe get a few dollars for themselves. Typical.
