What can i say,

I phoned them up friday morning because my G7 mouse stopped working, They only asked me to send back the 2 batteries and the usb stick which i did friday night and can you beleave it, 1st thing this morning i had a brand new replacement G7 on my door.

btw, did i mention this had to be done via there switzerland branch

I always did like Logitech. Never had a problem with them, cept the one time I tried to get parts to fix my Logitech Wingman Force (the original belt driven FF joystick) but it was out of production for a while, and no parts to be had for it.

So I ended up going to a hardware store and actually making a part for it.
