Bones was rubbish, he seemed to do more arguing than actually saving lives. At least Voyagers Doctor had excellent wit and took part in many episodes (Message in a Bottle).

I choose neither one of them, Dr Bashir was the best doctor on a Star Trek show. (though if I have to choose one on your list, it'l be the EMH. He was the only decent character on VOY, even though it got terribly cringey when he started the whole opera/singing regime.)

Agreed. Bashir was one of the best characters on DS9. The story arcs they placed him in (Section 31, etc...) were top notch as well.
