Damn, this thing is laggy! I have only just got a Galaxy S3 with it on so it's not old and clogged up but compared to iOS things are slooooooow. Half a second delay when hitting home button for the lock screen to appear. Everything has a noticeable delay as well....how can Google not get this working on a quad core phone?

I'm still going to keep it as it's a better OS than iOS (so un-puff your chests Apple haters), but I'm amazed at how unpolished it still is compared to iOS.
