I am going for a corporate governance program and they raised the thought of variety on the corporate board of common 8-14 people and how essential it's. One remark was that 80-20 of the customer choices are made with a women, and however women comprise less than a large number of the board memberships. Does this actually matter? They obtain whatever comes. Thoughts? Another factor that bugs me is that they suggested that it may be advisable when the are a global organization to own international people on the boards. Why is this? |
