having some difficulty with opening Outlook (XP Professional). when I start it - it only hangs and eventually says plan not reacting. I visited on that SEND ERROR statement point to Microsoft and it said: outlook.exe.mdmp appcompat.txt Any idea what I will do about this? May I reinstall Outlook without dropping data?
