It would be definitely better if you are curious about aerial fiber cable placing methods. The OSP method is the most commonly used option. But it must be done very thoroughly. For example, engineering work should be done by a Professional Engineer licensed by the state. In all cases, you should use designers and installers who have passed the appropriate BICSI examinations at a minimum. So, as you can see, it's extremely difficult to perform on your own if you are not a professional engineer. That's why you would better apply to the fiber construction manufacturer to avoid any obstacles. I think it's the best variant.
