For sure, you can post links on Craigslist I have done it when I was posting my ad, I think that your friend couldn't post a link on the Facebook Marketplace because she was a newbie. It's a common rule on a lot of marketplaces and forums to prevent from spammers. If your friend have problems there she can post her offer on other sites that are FM and Craigslist alternative. It also will help her easier to find work because there is high concurrence on Craigslist or FM.
