Default The normal activity can't replace standard exercise
Daily physical exercise is very important for health. But remember that physical activities here don't just move the body. Even if daily work encourages the body to exercise constantly, you still need to make time for regular exercise. This is because work activities may not compensate for physical fatigue. Get the benefits of aerobic exercise through exercise.

New research shows that if a person is engaged in work that requires them to exercise but rarely exercises, then there is still a risk of health problems. Risks associated with adverse cardiovascular events (such as heart attacks or strokes) have found that work that requires physical activity often does not improve cardiovascular health. Even for a brisk walk or a fairly intense run, regular exercise is different. For some people, this fact may be a bit surprising. Because people often think that regular exercise and sweating are enough.

Additionally, research published in the European Heart Journal shed light on why sedentary work is not enough to maintain cardiovascular health. In this study, a total of 104,000 men and women between the ages of 20 and 100 were observed. The researchers asked the participants to answer a questionnaire. The questionnaire contained questions about the activities of the participants during their free time and 10 years of work.

The participants also provided information on certain health indicators, such as resting heart rate, blood pressure, and behaviors such as smoking and drinking. Over a 10-year period, 7.6% of the participants reported experiencing adverse cardiovascular events, such as heart attacks or strokes. Through research, the researchers uncovered several facts: First, many activities in your spare time can reduce premature deaths related to adverse cardiovascular events by approximately 40%. Second, a large number of activities in the workplace can only reduce the rate of premature death by between 13% and 27%. This shows that high intensity activities at work are not enough.

Everyone still needs to exercise outside of work. There is an even more shocking fact. High levels and high levels of work activity can increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular events by 15% to 35%. The researchers call this a fitness paradox. Researchers believe that exercise can be beneficial, while moving around at work can harm your health. "This may be because physical work has less impact on improving cardiovascular health," said lead study author Dr. Andreas Holtermann .

Danish National Center for Work Environment Research: "Work activities are usually not enough to increase the heart rate and therefore support health." Not only that, but a very active job can require several hours of weight lifting a day. Because it often causes an increase in blood pressure, it increases the risk of heart disease. Holtman said this is another factor that increases the risk of cardiac respiration. The ideal situation is to reorganize work activities so that you have time to exercise.

Yes, this is a very effective weight loss strategy by jumping on a trampoline, but it won't help much if you bounce on a trampoline for a few minutes from time to time, as weight loss really depends on how regularly you jump and how many calories you consume. According to experts, jumping on a trampoline for an hour can help us burn about 240 calories. While the trampoline is also considered a useful tool for fat burning training, it also comes with potential risks, such as the risk of injury with trampolines is much higher than with other types of gym or sports equipment, especially among children. Therefore, I advise you to be aware of the precautions before using this tool.

Trampoline jumping is one of the few sports in which almost all the muscles of the body work. This strengthens the entire muscular corset. It is also an excellent prevention of osteochondrosis, which affects many people who lead a sedentary lifestyle. On https://trampolines.guide/indoor-trampolines/ I found a special trampoline for myself to lose weight. Doctors say that 8 minutes of jumping replaces 3 kilometers of running, and also improves blood circulation, increases the elasticity and endurance of the skin, trains the respiratory system, reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and strengthens the human immune system.
