People who used video production services, how well did any services do it. And what services have you used?

Not so long ago I took a short course in editing, it was free courses, I learned a lot, but mostly I study myself from video lessons from YouTube

I’ve tried Adobe premium because all my friends and people at forums were suggesting it. And I can’t say I’m not satisfied with its work, but maybe it’s just too complicated for a first-time user. I spent hours trying to understand how every function works and watched many YouTube tutorials. I’ve managed to make a video for work, but my boss said it could’ve been better. This was an important task, a video project to show your product (I’m an engineer). There is another video project coming, and I’ve decided to buy a video this time (at https://www.videoworks-london.co.uk, they seem to be good at it), so my work was perfect, and my boss started treating me better.
