I thought Al didn't drink anything other than water and milk. Does he heat his milk before he drinks it?

Sometimes. But no, that's not really cold. Cold is like when people put things in the freezer or put ice in their glasses. I don't get that.

When I go to a restaurant, I actually get a little bothered by it. I don't want ice in my water.

It's easier to drink cool to warm beverages than cold or hot ones. You have to sip the latter.

I don't personally feel any need to sip a cold beverage.

1) You catch a cold if you drink cold beverages on a hot day. Any old wife will tell you that.
2) You can fit more drink into the same glass if you don't put ice in. This way the waiter won't swindle you.
3) You drink isn't watered down.
4) Who knows where the water in the ice cubes came from?

I always order water with no ice at restaurants. I don't hate it, but I don't like my water that cold.

I drink cold beer on hot days and don't catch colds from it.

Ice is currently keeping my home air conditioning from working.
Even though it's just a byproduct of being low on refrigerant, I hate it.
