I am new to this forum and I may not be on the right thread,but I'm looking for anyone with the last name Pasiak. I'm trying to research my mother's family. They were from Brooklyn and Polish. Does anyone know anything about an orphanage called St. Joseph's Orphanage and Asylum for Girls? Thanks to anyone who can help.

St. Joseph's is still around. You can find it in the phone directory or call the Brooklyn Diocese Office on Jay Street.
