Default 2 sound outputs, to 1 set of speakers. (AUDIO ISSUE)
Hey,

Was wondering if someone could help me.
Im trying to connect 2 soundcards to 1 set of speakers. Both soundcards are in the same PC (1 onboard, 1 X-fi)
The onboard soundcard will only be used for Ventrilo, and the X-fi for everything else. The reason I want to do this is Streaming to Twitch.tv, I dont want viewers to hear my Ventrilo conversations.

SC2------/

I have read that using a Y-cable to achieve this is a bad idea, it can damage the soundcards and also sounds pretty terrible.
Then I found out about this small device - http://www.stoweblank.com/tinymix

It seems to do exactly what I want to do, but its in the US and shipping to the UK would probably end up costly.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a similar device that I could buy? Main issue is sound quality needs to be kept high, and both outputs need to be active at the same time.

Thanks for reading
