Its been a rough ride with my gf (now ex gf) for the last couple of months, but at least there was still sex on a regular basis. Now this is gone too... I'm moving out this weekend since I have found a nice apartment.

So, other than the usual pictures of a right hand, what do you guys suggest I should do to get her out of my mind? Partying and meeting other girls is the obvious choice for friday nights, but what to do with the lonely weekend afternoons when all friends do something with their partners/families?

I just started hanging out with all of the friends that I neglected while under the influence of woman. Grab some friends and go bowling, play video games, terrorize the bar scene, or whatever it is you and your friends enjoyed doing before the woman inevitably shut down your fun.

I've never understood this, I've never let a girlfriend impact the time I spend with my friends. Girlfriends come and go, but your boys will always be there with a beer in hand.

Like others have said, spending time with your friends and family is the best cure.

Going forward is great, but you can't simply look to jump into a relationship. Sometimes taking some time to get to know yourself and figuring what you want is the best approach.
