There are lots of spam threads. Many of them contain far more spam than this thread. Why should this particular spam thread be closed?

The thread title reminds me of how grateful I am that the previously interminable HOF "elections" came to a merciful end.

Presumably DarkCloud developed a life. Basically all the old guard was already in the HOF, so there really was no point in continuing. At one point, I had the highest post count of anyone who had never received a single HOF vote. Probably still do.

I'm in a class by myself.

No, the point of the HOF was to NOT get in - once you were voted in you were officially a Poly Loser...

Did he get hit by a bus, as I always suspected he would? Busses are highly maneuverable and obscenely fast.
