Hey guys. So recently my right foot/ankle has been hurting after golfing. Like I'll play 18 holes and I'll be fine then when I get home my ankle hurts and I have a limp and I notice when I point my feet the left one goes out further than the right. This only happens after golf. I used to have this problem then it went away when I started using super feet insoles but now even though I have the insoles it hurts. Does this happen to anyone? Or is it just me?

Anything could lead to this such as walking and swinging or hanging back on accident or pushing off your right foot. It used to happen to me a while back when I was first getting used to playing so much but I guess I never noticed it after a while. Maybe you should get the ankle checked or something cause it doesn't sound too normal

I broke my ankle 13 years ago. I know all about your pain bro. To this day, I still get swelling from time to time. A good stretch is a stair incline, pushing up on your toes and hanging from the stair as deep as you can. Also, naproxin, it's a god send. If you pain persists, try wrapping your ankle, and get some walking in. I work on my feet and it truly saved me from a lifetime of limping.
