About a month ago now, I shot an 84 (winter rules - no 3-putts on punched greens). My cap is 10.4, so on my course I should be shooting 77s (finished last year between 72 and 79). Unfortunately, it's still not in good shape (course really bad from lack of rain), so I've been mostly practicing and hitting multiple balls so haven't put in any scores. Been pouring rain here for days, but going out today and from here on out my scores will all be counted and rules strictly adhered to

Alpo - we had a really mild winter in the US, so a good number of the folks that normally can't golf until March/April have been on the course since January, me included. I think I played on 1/1 as well.

Played two comps played great tee to green but my scoring has been real bad so hoping for an improvement around the greens! I basically didnt play much through the winter and the short game has been real bad! First comp net 83 11 over nett even hitting 10 greens in reg. Comp 2 scored 84 nett again hit alot of greens 10 but had the shank! Cured the shanks now just need to work on long range putting and pitching

It was either second or third week of March, can't remember, but shot +18, though was only +5 on the back. Not hitting a ball until walking up to the first tee after a winter off, it wan't good.

I cant really say that my season ended since im in the desert and we play year round, but I will take the Masters as the "start" of 2012. I shot an 92 and have been following it up with constant low 90's.

I played all winter also, missed maybe two or three weekends at most to weather. So far I have been above 80 twice in maybe 15 rounds, my best round so far is a 75 with a minus 1 on the back nine that could easily have been 5 under with some better putting, working hard on that right now.

With a fairly mild winter I played from the begining of February through now. But considering conditions weren't solid untill a month ago, my weather friendly round of the year was a 94. Needless to say as the weather has gotten better I've gotten worse.
