This may sound too simple, but i think it is a easy way to knock a half hour off of everyones round. DO NOT CLEAN YOUR CLUB AFTER YOUR SHOT!!! Clean it while you are waiting on the tee box on the next hole. Bear with me here. The average golfer spends about 10 seconds cleaning his club after his shot. Take 10 secs times a 4some = 40 secs, they do this 2-3 times a hole, call it 2.5 times = 1.66 minutes per hole.
