...what your swing looks like as long as you kick the arse of your opponent. You know, I used to spend countless hours trying to get a pretty swing, without truly being concerned with the end results. Lately, however, I have been concerning myself much more with hitting quality shots with the swing I have. Let me tell you, it has made playing so much more enjoyable and successful. Will someone ever make a documentary on the perfect swing and use me in it? No, unless they are showing what a perfect swing doesn't look like. |

If you look at the players who played in the 60's, 70's and 80's before the time of the swing gurus you can see some ugly swings but those guys could move the ball left, right , low , high and just flat out played great golf. It is more about the short game and as Ole Gray stated it is also about the 6" between the ears.
