I'm a sucker for Big John, for better or for worse. Always been my favorite and always will be, but, I do understand why so many can't stand him.

Thought the show was really down to earth and was nice to hear/see him talk about things and what is fueling him. Hopefully, it all works out in the end.

I question the release of the PGA document on the eve of JD's new show on TGC.

I agree with you on that one. Looks like a journalist was looking for a little sensationalism. What even makes it look worse is on the surface, it looks like he was trying upstage the producers of the JD show. It's a GC/JD show, and he works for the GC. Also why he did not want to abide by the PGA's rule to keep such things private, with the PGA basically being his bread and butter is also strange. Then again perhaps someone is just pulling Rex's strings for their own good.

I had TGC on last night watching Golf Central. When it ended and JD's new show came on, I turned off the TV. I was cruising the net anyway, so the show was irritating background noise once JD started whining about his life so far.

I'll watch and I hope Daly can make it back and win a few more. I was an 11 year old kid in 1992 and watched the 1991 PGA Champ win my hometown tourney, the BC Open. We waited around after the last round and on his way out Daly signed an En-Joie hat for me (the course that hosted the BC Open). Since then I have always been a fan and still have the hat on the wall in my "man cave".

After today's stunt, I will not watch 1 minute of it. I will be surprised if TGC does not issue some sort of release over this.

I knew I shouldn't have given that dumb@ss any credit, I'm back to not liking the guy for one simple reason, he refuses to accept responsibility for his actions. That was the impression I had after reading his autobiography and he just reinforced it today with his reaction to the story.
