How long has she been suffering from this eye condition?

I'm really saddened to hear this. I am very ill myself with a serious disease and disability. Here are a few things I found beneficial:
Since she is studying hifz, can she recite Sura Yasin? If possible recite 21X with some niyat/daroods before and after. After reciting blow in a bottle of water and make dua. If it is not possible to recite 21X at once, do a little at a time, recite it as often as possible. If she cannot recite herself, perhaps the family members can recite for her. It may be more effective to recite at Tahajud time. If family members can please try to recite sura Yasin (if not 21X at least 3X) after Tahajjud and make dua. In general Im sure you know Tahajud time is an excellent time to make dua.

If it is too hard to do the Sura Yasin wazifa above, another one is reciting sura Fatiha 41X between Fajr sunnah and fard (or if not possible then recite it after Fajr fard). Do niyat and daroods before and after and then blow in water and make dua. (This is easier but in my experience the Sura Yasin wazifa showed stronger results)

Also you probably know Ayat Kareema, the dua of Yunus, I think it is in Sura Anbiya, recite as often as possible

Drink only water that has Quran recited and blown over it. There are also healing foods mentioned in hadith, like black seed and honey, please make sure she is eating these.

Inshallah you are already careful about things that can block duas, like making sure food is halal, rizq is halal, there are no statues or pics in the house, etc.

Inshallah she will have a full recovery and be a hafiz soon.

I have seen this Surah Yaseen amal beneficial told by someone. Offer two rakats nafl salah and if one knows surah Yaseen, then recite that after surah fatiha in each rakat or else surah Kaafiron in one rakat and surah ikhlas in the other. After completing the salah, recite 3 times darood e ibraheemi before and after reciting 3 times surah yaseen and then make a long duaa and inshaaAllah it will all go well.

The second thing with that of ayate kareema is offer two units of nafl salat and in each sajadah, after reciting Subhana Rabbial Ala which we recite normally, recite ayate kareema 40 times in each sajdah. Then make long dua and inshaaAllah this too will be very beneficial.

Alhamdulillah I have seen very efficient result reciting surah yaseen 41 times.
