Dhabiha is the animal that has been slaughtered in the way prescribed by Shari'a.

Tayyib means good, but it can depend a little bit on the context.

Dhabaha means to slaughter. Dhabiiha is a passive participle (ism maf'ul) i.e. the object being slaughtered.
