...for our sisters and brothers going right on through a down economy and tests. Whether they're halfway all over the world or within our neck of the woods, whether we believe the stress they're going right on through is of the own building, even when we believe they deserve it.... ...they continue to be our sisters and brothers, and we ought to hope for the very best for them. In a period once the ummah is separated by race, ideological values, steps, thoughts, and varying views, we should always keep in mind that not only are we all creations of Allah, not only are we the kids of Adam (AS), not only are we believers in one single Allah, we're all believers in Manhunter ila ha il-Allah, Muhammadur Rasulullah ( ). Therefore let's keep this in your mind, when talking or taking action, that whatsoever we do is that which is best for our brothers and sisters, and not that which is better for the nafs and our ego; not that which allows us short-term pleasure at the cost of our brothers and sisters; not that which makes us briefly look great and makes them look bad; not that which rids us of some difficulty and places them involved with it instead; not that which makes us appear erect and makes them look indecent. Let's work and hope towards what is better -- in the eyes of Allah -- for each and every member of our large household, the ummah of Rasulullah . When there is very little we can do for our sisters and brothers undergoing trials and difficulties, the very minimum we can do is remember them within our dua`as. Wassalam, Ziad
