Default Mjollnir10's workout log
thought I might as well post what I've been up to.

Biked 3.5 miles on the stationary recumbant till it broke thats ok though, duct tape will fix it all up. After Sat and Sun off I couldnt do what I was doing last week but still was able to bike 30 min and have 25 min in my targer heart rate.

Did benchpress, 130 2X5, 120 2x6, 110 2X6
Bicep curls, bout 3X5 at 27.5 lbs and 2X8 at 22.5 lbs
tricep workout 2x5 at 22.5 lbs
couple other arm workouts
100 crunches in 4 sets of 25
