I have those in my gym too. Maybe I'm lazy, but I usually just keep it at 5 or 6 resistance. Any lower and it's too easy and I can't keep pace cause it runs away from me... any higher and I get winded and don't want to do an hour of it.
10-12... you're an animal! 8) Hard to compare yourself to others... just find what you will come back and do on a daily basis. If it's too hard, than you won't look forward to doing and you might stop. A little is always better than none. Keep up the good work! |
