Hey I just have a suggestion.
You should not workout 6 days a week you should give you body a rest in between workouts because its only then that your muscles can repair themselves and you get the full effect of your workout. My personal trainer has taught me this along with many other fitness experts. Also I would like to add that you should not workout over 1 hour because them the body starts to release a hormone called Cortisol because the body in under physical stress. Cortisol makes the body store fat and particularly in the tummy and butt area.

Rest is good! Its best not to over do your workouts,
And keep in mine that intense exercise lowers immunity and regular moderate exercise boosts immunity.
If you still feel you MUST workout 6 days a week I would suggest a nice walk or leisure bike ride on your off days.

I know many people are strictly 6 days a week of carido and weights but please do look at the possibility of over training.
I agree. Your body needs to recover for a day after working out. Or you can alternate cardio with weight lifting. The key is not overworking a specific muscle group day in and day out.
