Default I need to work harder at dropping weight...
I need to work harder to get this stomach off. I'm a 34 waist but I still have a belly... I hate being short. I should prob be at like a 29 waist for my height. I was looking at a picture. I dunno if its the shirt im wearing but my stomach looks huge to me.

Not gonna be what you want to hear, Dana...but cutting out alcohol would help some, too. It's nothing but empty calories and it all converts to sugar. And I totally understand where you're coming from. No matter how far I've come I still look in the mirror some days and see the exact same body I had a year and a half ago. *smh*

I think you are being way too hard on yourself. You should be proud of what you have accomplished. find colors that help (light colors and not mixing and matching styles. go to a clothing store and ask for someone to help you find clothes that flatter and not make you feel like all you have done was for naught.

.....as a beginner, just sit on the ball and do your crunches as tolerated. It's good support for your back. Good luck

I am short, I have what I like to call my pot belly but when I look at my parents, my dad has exactly the same problem as me. If he is skinny, he always has a pot belly and if he puts on a bit weight, it gets a bit bigger. I have resigned myself to the fact that I am never gonna have a flat stomach, no matter how skinny I am.

It's good to want to be healthy. But you don't want to be so worried about your looks that you notice every imperfection, such as having your stomach being a little larger than you'd like.

You don't want to not care about your weight. However, being too concerned about it takes much of the fun out of life. There has to be a happy-medium.

You don't have to be perfect physically to look good.
