I try to get all my sets done in about 45 mins.. Cardio is my weakness. I Effing HATE it!! Still on my off days, I use the stationary bike till my ass sweats.

I try to train 3 days on .. one day off. Missing the occasional workout here and there. Most workouts in my opinion, can be completed in a hour or so not counting cardio.

Someone training 2 hours+ a day must be training for an event, or looking to go pro. Most pro bodybuilders use an am/pm split routine which probably leaves them with no life as well.
I am not in bad shape, but if I trained for 2 hours straight I'd overtrain so badly I wouldn't be able to walk for a week..

Train at your own pace so long as your making gains. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...s/thumbsup.gif

I don't spend anytime in a gym. Instead, walking around my neighborhood as well as around the little villages near where I live is more interesting to me.

I've forgotten the way to my gym...http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/ninja.gif

How many hours do you spend at a gym each day?

I thought an hour was good but I have a friend always posting about being up in the gym 2 hours a day. Given shes really fit... Seeing shit like that makes one feel inadequate.

well it should not your one hour beats me by exactly one hour

think less of others my man, think unto your self

Before my knees were so fucked up, I'd spend an hour lifting, 45 mins doing cardio, and about 30-45 between sauna and shower.

I always felt good after leaving the gym.

I have never used a gym but used to get up early and go for a good morning run,but since the kids came along i feel running around behind them has the same effect hence no more running.

I go for 2 hours a session if I'm honest. But if I took out chatting I could probably cut it down to an hour and a half.

Darts is my sport these days....i forgot to add that lol.

Abaanto 02-24-2012 08:58 PM

I've never been to a gym in my life

CiccoineFed 02-24-2012 09:01 PM

I'm usually in the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday about an hour and a half... I do the equipment and 30-45 minutes of cardio
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays I just do 45 minutes of cardio.

That's excellent. Keep up the good work.

Three times a week for nine hours each day.http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...smilies/24.gif well it's true to OP question, those are my work days.

Working out I try and do 2-3 days, 30mins to an hour working out.

AnIInWon 02-24-2012 09:50 PM

I used to go for an hour every other day or so. I got lazy though, so no gym at the moment.

I do 70 minutes of nothing but Cardio. I need to switch it up, actually, but I just haven't had the motivation to in the past few months b/c I've been feeling blah and pretty much slacking. But I'm going to start adding some weights soon and some sit-ups at home. My stomach is the one area that I am not happy w/ AT ALL...it's time to focus on it.

70 mins of cardio...in a gym? I'd be bored out of my skull. Do you switch equipment or stay on just the one?

Good for you though...I wish I could, I need to.

do all that stuff at home
what the hell do I need to pay for another place to do what I can do at home
even without the equipment
run outside
jog in place
lift heavy items from your own kitchen
hell get crazy get a video
i guess the fact of going to another place makes it more routine and less likely to slack and sit down and not get up
but what ever
Maybe you just want to go to look at other people getting all sweaty
I have been sometimes really and its ok but I took martial arts and we never used weights and I got super fit from it
I might get that electric muscle shocking system that would be cool
bruce lee started that crap in the old days
he swore by it

Just fucking great

Kinda irritated I didn't get my legs in... the trainer was on that machine like forever working out. I said screw it after doing some arm work and hopped on the treadmill for thirty minutes on a 4.0 incline for 20 minutes.

for some people they need that motivation to get out of their house to actually do something. Other than walking if I didn't go to the gym I'd be sitting on my ass. By going to a gym I commit to working out.
