Alright People... Its that time again!

Alright- Its the first of the year..

I know many people have new years resolutions of losing weight.. So whos all doing it?? Im gonna tone up. Ive got alot of people at work that is doing it with me. We are gonna meet at 5:30 am every day that we get off work and WORK OUR ASSES off!! SO- Whos with me/?

RaicickKida 12-31-2007 02:59 AM

I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and workout for 45 to 1 1/2 hours then swim, then kick it in the sauna, then the jacuzzi.

I do it more for my health than for actually loosing weight.

My cortisol levels have caused me to gain extra weight this last year. That and studying is a lot of sitting on your butt.

I'm looking to loose the weight I gained. I've lost 4 pounds in the last month.

I need to lose 20 lbs .. again lol. I lose it and gain it back, then lose it and gain it back.

Hahahaha I like it when you talk dirty to me.

Is it kind of a new years resolution thread.. or is it more of a "who is doing the weight loss/workout resolution" thread?

SypeKifef 12-31-2007 04:28 PM

I'm going to lose 25 pounds this year...it's a start...I'll be 33 in April and by the time I'm 35, I want to be at my "Ideal Weight" of about 189. I'll post tomorrow what my weight is as a starting point...I'm going to do diet changes first, then get into a work-out routine...I recently screwed up my knee, so getting right into a work out routine is probably a bad thing.

How do they determine what the ideal weight should be?

Bonioners 12-31-2007 05:04 PM

If I had the know-how, I'd be glad to do a chart.

gLing, It's some government board that got together and decided what was too thin, just right and obese. I've only been at my Ideal weight once in my adult life, and that was right after boot camp and about a week after I got to Nuke School in Orlando, FL...I was about 187 and looking pretty damn fit if I do say so.
