What kind of syringes are you using?
I have ultra-fine insuline, and never a problem. Following my mom's advice (she in health, and my dad has diabetes), I even re-use syringes one to two times. How I do it: - alcohol swab over the skin, letting that dry - pinch fat - apply needle, gently pressing down - takes a sec to first break the skin, then the fat layer - stop pinching fat - inject - leave in there for 2 seconds - withdraw needle. The worst I have had so far is a slight sting after injection, while the needle was still in there... I usually attribute that to the alcohol not being dry all the way. |
