I start p3 on Tuesday AND have been reading threads on what other people do. I want to know if i start out with eggs, then just have more protien for lunch with p2 vegatables? not sure how much fat to add in and where. and are protein shakes ok? without sugar of course , Im really scared and kinda glad to be moving on i just don't want to mess up and gain ..Im sure i will have more questions.
