Hi!
So...I expected to lose a bit b/c I drink so much water but I think I am pleasantly surprised to see that I am down 4 lbs almost overnight. I know it is all water, but still, usually I only drop 2 lbs when I have restricted my calories before. I also know not to expect that loss in one night again LOL My daily log: I will post a new thread with a link to here when I have reached a milestone Loading days: Saturday April 14-Sunday April 15. SW 117 EW 222 First VLCD: Monday April 16 222.0 Tuesdays April 17 218.0 4 lb loss Wednsday April 18 216.4 1.6 lossHoped for more, but it's a loss. Thursday April 19 VLCD 4 215.0 -1.4 Friday April 20 VLCD 5 214.0 -1.0 Saturday April 21 213.6 -.4??? sad ![]() Sunday April 22 212 -1.6 Monday April 23 (MAJOR, raging infection showed up). 211.4 -.6 Tuesday April 24 (I think infection is causing stall/gain) 212.6 +1.2 ![]() Wednsday 211 -1.6 Thurs...forgot to post Friday April 27 209.6 -1.4 Saturday April 28 208.4 -1.2 Sunday April 29 208.2 -.2 bummer. Monday April 30 208.2 NO CHANGE. ![]() Tuesday May 1 207.6 -.6 Wednsday May 2 206.6 -1.0 *that* feels better lol Thursday 207 UP .4 Friday May 4 207.6 UP .6 ????????? Saturday May 5 **208.6** WHAT? UP 1 POUND ![]() SUNDAY MAY 6 206.2 -1.4 Whew...finally a loss! Down .4 from 4 days ago. Monday May 7 DAY 22 204.8 -1.4 yippee lol ONDERLAND IS IN SIGHT! AHOY THERE LOL TUESDAY MAY 8 204.2 -.6Was really hoping for another 1 lb loss! Want to be in onederland before the 30 day mark! *sigh* Should be easy for me since I have so much to lose. Guess that infection really, really slowed me down. WEDNSDAY MAY 9 203.6 -.6 THURSDAY MAY 10 203.0 -.6 FRIDAY MAY 11 202.2 -.6 SATURDAY MAY 12 202.6 UP .4 No more asparagus for me. EVERY time I have it, I go up...sad. lol SUNDAY MAY 13 201.4 -1.2 IF I don't count the gain it would be -.8 MONDAY MAY 14 202.2 UP ~~~~~ .8 It is official. Every time I have asparagus, I go up. EVERY time. bummer. TUESDAY MAY 15 200 -1.2 If not for that .8 GAIN yesterday...I would be IN ONEDERLAND! Sooo close. Tomorrow! I will have extra water today and maybe only protein, nothing else just like yesterday. Seemed to help. Dr. S said we can omit anything except protein so I am going to do that until I am firmly set in onederland, maybe when I hit 196-197 or so to have a buffer LOL WEDNSDAY MAY 16 199.6 ONEDERLAND! FINALLY!Thought I would be here about 10 days ago...but of course I will take it LOL -.4 FRIDAY MAY 18 199 -.6 *SIGH*. Just not enough...but going down. SATURDAY MAY 19 198.2 -.8REALLY want to see a 1 lb loss soon. MISSED A FEW DAYS...had losses AND GAINS so not down much since Sat. WEDNSDAY MAY 23 196.4 So, in 3 days, down a total of -1.8 |

cutting it out for a few days to see if that makes a difference. Hope it is not the asparagus! I am loving it pureed
![]() Wonder is too much liquid Stevia can do this? I have been drinking iced tea for 4 or 5 days now, sweetened with liquid Stevia (sweet leaf brand so only Stevia) and did not think it could hurt? Just curious...our bodies are amazing and it is so interesting to see what they like and do not like? Maybe I need to work out a bit? I have been taking it very very easy this week b/c of a really bad yeast infection that I let get out of hand, uhg. Did not recognize what it was for almost 10 days! It is almost gone now and when it is I will get back to small workouts. Back to cabbage mostly! I seem to best with that ![]() Sherri |

I did not think of that...I need to get moving though so maybe I will just continue playing the Wii Fit and XBox connect games LOL At least they get the heart rate up! I stopped playing them when I got the infection but I should be OK once it is over...
So, do I need to wait until p3 to begin my workouts again? What about just lifting weights every other day if I don't go too heavy and don't do long reps? Thanks! Sherri Dont work out...you can retain water that way. |
