Default Calcium Pyruvate
After doing a search on this site for calcium pyruvate I was supprised not to get any posts on this natural supplement.. Has anyone tried this?? I have read some about studies using it for energy and weight loss and supposidly works well in using in conjection with HCG or MIC. I am just starting to use it now and will get back with my results.

Do some research on it and how it works in the body. It is a totally safe, natural and, easy supplement to take. Do some checking on the prices because some providers are a total rip-off.

Studies on high doses (30-50mg/day) don't seen to work any better the lower doses (3-6mg/day).

I sure you will all find this interesting after doing some reseach on the various studies.....

Well it would make sense that pyruvate would increase energy. It is produced naturally when your body is in aerobic cellular respiration (good for fat burning, in other words because you have a lack of sugar and carbs, so you turn to fat, which has to be turned into pyruvate to go through what is known as the Kreb's cycle) I honestly don't know if it would interfere with that natural process of aerobic respiration, though. You know what I mean? It's like ketosis.... your liver will use dietary fat before stored fat, which is the reason for the high fats in phase 3 so you don't keep losing weight. Just my two cents. I tutor Anatomy and Physiology, so this piqued my interest
