Default Question on Plateuing!?
Male, 16 years old... 22 Days in, 24 Pounds down (:

question though: For the past three days here has been my weight: Day 20: 216.5 Day 21 :215.5 Day 22: 216.5
Is this my "plateu" time and i need to apple day this thing or is it just water retainment from lack of excercise during the weekend?

Heres my schedule:

Breakfist: Fruit (Orange, Apple), Water, VitaD-Calcium Supplement
Lunch: 4oz Chicken Breast, Vegetable (Tomatoe, Cucumber usually)
Supper: 4oz Chicken Breast, Vegetable (Tomatoe, Cucumber, or Spinach Leaves), Fruit (Orange, Apple)
Drink the rest of my half gallon of water ea. day from 4:00-9:30.
Take my HCG at 7:30 AM, 3:30 PM, 10:00 PM.

Are you eating an apple and an orange at the same meal or just in a day those choices? I wouldn't do an apple day yet. It may be your body just catching up. A stall is usually over 4 days with no losses. Looks like you are doing great. I would continue and give it a little more time.
