Are you on P2 or P3?
The FFF is a correction day for P3. It's way to much fat & calories for P2.
I suggest just get back to clean P2 eating, if that's the phase you're on.

Also, are you drinking enough water? I found that I fluctuate wildly if I don't drink at least 80 oz a day...

I have a feeling that you are feeling repercussions from going rogue and doing a fff. (Matter of fact, it would be doing other posters a favor if you posted your results from your experiment on that fff thread!)

Doing a Load Day with hCG in your system would be crazy; just stick wtih clean P2 foods like Stacy suggested.

We have all thought of (and have done!) things to try to increase our losses. The problem with going off protocol is that you don't know what the results will be, and we have to live with the results, both good or bad. Lesson learned, and now onward and downward!
