This happens to me every single P2 and others have reported it as well. I read somewhere that it's caused by a lack of roughage, I know that sounds counter intuitive. Mine usually goes away after about a week. If you've cut out all fruit, try adding back in a small apple. There are lots of comments about this in the Low Carb forums, it's not that uncommon in a no carb diet.
