 Lost weight loading??
So today is day one vlcd and I weighed myself after 2 day gorge and lost 2 pounds, I did use the bathroom a lot so maybe it's water weight?? I have a alight headache today, not too bad..I get injections from my dr so I dont even know how much I am getting but so far, I feel fine...

I personally didn't lose after loading, but I only gained 1 pound AND I have read on here where others have lost loading as well. I think every one is different and YAH!!! What a great way to start!
