Hey all! Great forum, TONS of helpful info and nice people to share the journey with!
I started HCG on 1/1 and have been doing GREAT. I was down nice numbers, but this morning gained a 1.7 lbs. I know I have lost a lot of water the first three days, so I wonder if I retained water but lost fat at the same time. Or, did I eat something that was non-compliant and lost a day. Here is my progress: Day 1 - 210.4 - Load Day 2 - 212.2 - Load Day 3 - 210.8 - Day 1 VLCD Day 4 - 207.4 Day 5 - 204.8 Day 6 - 203.5 Day 7 - 205.2 I was expecting a 202.* weigh in this morning and wondered where I messed up. yesterday I ate: Lunch - grilled onions and Steak strawberries w/ stevia power Eye of Round Grilled Onions Grisini Cholula Hot Sauce Zevia root beer drink (could this be the culprit?) Dinner - Chicken tomato soup Hunts 100% Natural tomato paste (ingredients - tomato paste, salt, less than 2% spices, garlic power, natural flavors, natural flavors, citric acid) Chicken breast Garlic salt (Spice classics brand - salt, garlic, calcium sulfate (added to make free flowing) and garlic oil) |
