Hi
I am doing second round of HHCG .I lost 40 lbs .need to lose another 10.I have 2 weeks left for this round.I am having a very difficult time sticking to protocol.I am just getting very bored of this.I need to hang in to lose my last lbs.Any ideas how i can add some EXTRAS and not pay the price.I need something sweet like bananas or some diet cheesecake. |

If you don't like cocoa crack, there's always the apple with the cinnamon and stevia. I cut up a golden delicious apple, put it in a microwave safe bowl, add a little bit of water, cinnamon, and the stevia. I've been using the granulated truvia. Not sure if there's a big difference between Stevia and Truvia. Then I microwave it 2.5 minutes makes the apple pretty soft, I like it a little crunch, so I do it for about 1.45.
It's really sweet to me and gets rid of my sweet craving. Hope this helps. |

I had trouble like that in my second and third round also. I felt really deprived. What I did was eat one bite of something sweet. I didn't buy it and keep it in the house, but had a bite and ate that bite slowly. It didn't really affect the losses because it wasn't much. I would guard against having more in the house, as it's easier to be weak when it's within reach. Variety and flavors was what got me through. I tried different foods, ate raw and cooked to help with the variety.
