Hey everyone!
I am on day 5 and down 8 pounds! Woohoo... only 31 more to go ![]() I am taking the HCG injections from my doc. I am starting to believe this hormone actually works... although I hate to admit, a small part of me is still questioning if its just placebo and the 500 calories a day alone that are in play here. Really I don't care, since with a conventional diet I could barely lose 8 pounds in a month. So I have been following the protocol fairly well... but with a few adaptations... Firstly, i eat 3 egg whites for breakfast.. and for lunch and dinner I increase my protein (chicken breast) by .5oz. I also will have more than just one variety of veggie with a meal... maybe 2 or 3. I also will use maybe a teaspoon of rice vinegar, or other fat free condiments. I used a small amount of lotion on my hands because they are so darn dry. Has anyone else done little things like this and still been successful??? Or am I going to pay in the end???? i guess if I stall out I will straighten up. TGIF!!!!! |
