Default Sunflower seeds
I have a oral fixation with food I am now finding this out on this diet! I need something to satisfy me so I snack very little on some sunflower seeds when I feel the need to eat something and ruin my whole diet. Am I ruining it anyway? It seem to be my only savior to not eating the fridge! Any suggestions?

Don't eat sunflower seeds. They are mostly fat (oil), and fat will cancel the action of the hcg.

Cut up some cucumbers, and put in a baggie in the fridge to snack on.
Also, dill pickles (make sure there's no sugar added) are good, and fine on P2.

I'm highly against anything sugar-free made with Aspartame but sometimes a piece of yummy gum really helps. It never messes up my losses! Whole Foods has some really good natural sugar-free gum. I am addicted to pumpkin seeds so I totally feel ya.
