This is probably a wonderful situation to be in, but I keep losing post hCG, which is fine since I have so much more to lose, but I am wondering if it is healthy. I seem to remember hearing that some people are reset after hCG and can lose without the drug. Simeons spoke of people having a difficult time getting past a certain weight that they had been at for an extended period before, perhaps this is the same mechanism, except my body is losing to get me back to that weight?
My LIW was 270.6 pounds. Phase 4 Day 1: 267.6 lbs. Day 2: 269.4 lbs. Day 3: 269.8 lbs. Day 4: 269.4 lbs. Day 5: 268.0 lbs. Day 6: 268.6 lbs. Day 7: 267.8 lbs. Day 8: 268.2 lbs. Day 9: 274.2 lbs. Day 10: 271.2 lbs. Day 11: 269.6 lbs. Day 12: 271.0 lbs. Day 13: 273.4 lbs. Day 14: 270.0 lbs. Day 15: 268.2 lbs. Day 16: 267.2 lbs. Day 17: 267.6 lbs. Day 18: 266.4 lbs. Day 19: 266.8 lbs. Day 20: 262.8 lbs. Day 21: 261.4 lbs. ROUND 2 (January 3, 2012 - March 27, 2012) Phase 1 (December 10, 2011 to December 31, 2011) December 10: 261.0 lbs. December 11: 263.8 lbs. December 12: 260.8 lbs. December 13: 260.8 lbs. December 14: 261.6 lbs. December 15: 261.0 lbs. December 16: 263.4 lbs. December 17: 266.8 lbs. December 18: 264.4 lbs. December 19: 261.0 lbs. December 20: 256.0 lbs. December 21: 255.2 lbs. December 22: 254.0 lbs. December 23: 253.4 lbs. Each time you see a large jump up in weight, that's me being naughty both as a way to let me hair hang out, but also to test my body post-hCG. After seeing the above, would you worry? Would you do another round? Eliminating the binge that I did on December 15/16, that lead to the serious gains after, my weight was somewhere around 10 pounds under my LIW, but eating almost totally clean since then has dropped my weight another 6.6 pounds in 4 days! That doesn't seem healthy. I eat incredibly healthy as a rule, but it's possible I'm not getting enough calories. This doesn't seem to be the answer though, since I've heard that dropping 500 calories from your diet per day will lead to a 1 pound loss over the space of a week. I am losing over a week's loss in a day, and I'm certainly not missing out on over 4000 calories per day, since I don't even eat 4000 calories in a day lol. Help ![]() |
