So I was all set (and excited) to do the sublingual method. I'm not scared of needles or anything, but the idea of injecting myself each day was a little off putting. Sublingual sounds perfect.
And now I'm seriously questioning my choice. There was a thread started here that claims that the sublingual doesn't get absorbed by the body at all, and then I google it to research it more and I hear the same thing. But I've read about so many success stories on the sublingual! I was planning on doing sublingual this round (for a slightly longer round) and then doing injections for my 2nd round. But I don't want to do it if it's not effective! Can anyone weigh in on this? I'm not starting til the first of the year so if I need to switch I suppose I could (although I ordered the 5000iu bottles, and I understand that if I used those to inject I'd probably have to throw some of it away after a certain period of time). Also, I will be using Corion and would mix with sodium chloride only. I'd love to have as many people weigh in on this as possible. Did you do sublingual and did it work for you? Or is injections your method of choice and why? Help!! |
