I have been having some trouble with my drops and still being hungry..I have been still able to stay on plan except for adding xtra protien when needed...however...my TOM came and I really blew it last night and today...my cravings came out of nowhere and last night and today have been full of sugar and carbs. I have read that during your heaviest days to cease taking drops, so during this mess up to day I did not take them. My question is....is it best to go back to vlcd and drops tommorrow...or do not take drops during my heaviest days and just do vlcd? Then return to drops...if I do that...is it ok to just be off drops for two or three days and get right back on them or would I need to reload? Since I am guessing the mess up will set me back, id like to extend to a 40 day round now, if I need to. Thoughts? Experiences? Is it ok to just be off drops for a couple days anduring my period and then just go back on them after? I swear they mad me more hungry and cramy then my regular period...and although I've seen ppl say that you can still take hhcg during...id rather wait a couple days(still back on vlcd) and then continue after....can I do this or would I need to start over...? Thanks!
